JobStamp

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Draft — these terms reflect how JobStamp actually works today, but haven't been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on them for a public launch.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using JobStamp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What JobStamp is

JobStamp lets tradespeople capture timestamped, GPS-tagged job-site photos and compile them into client-ready PDF reports. It's a documentation tool — it does not provide legal, insurance, or compliance advice, and doesn't guarantee that its photos or reports will be accepted as evidence in any particular legal, insurance, or regulatory context. You're responsible for confirming what recordkeeping your work requires.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or phone number secure — that's how JobStamp verifies it's you. Use one account per business/individual unless you have a specific reason not to.

4. Your content

You own the photos, notes, and job data you create in JobStamp. We only store and process it to provide the service to you — we don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't claim any ownership over it. When you delete your account, your content is permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use JobStamp to store or transmit content you don't have the rights to, to impersonate someone else, or for anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Availability

JobStamp is designed to keep working offline — creating jobs, capturing photos, and generating PDF reports all work with no connection. Cloud sync and account features require connectivity and, like any hosted service, may occasionally be unavailable. The service is provided "as is," without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JobStamp is provided without warranties of any kind, and Sharam Shubab, trading as JobStamp, isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account and all associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
